Description: 2nd Floor Transition Unit--14 bed geriatric/youth psychiatric care / 3rd Floor--15 bed skilled nursing unit

Visit Notes: room-to-room visits, tile floors, residents are both ambulatory and non-ambulatory, elevator, both units are visited on the same day

Meet & Greet: Parking is available on 5th Avenue & a limited number of visitor spaces are available in the doctors' parking lot. Meet on the south side of the facility near the doctors' parking area 10-15 minutes prior to the visit.
